Consultation
Typically 2-3 hours.
Perfect for those looking wanting to do it themselves. We walk through your home to assess the condition to evaluate features related to the value of the resale. Once the tour is complete we will discuss and identify any areas a buyer may object to and ask for concessions. You will be provided your Consultation Report and our signature Homeowner’s Report that outlines all of the necessary elements required to get your home ready for the market. Everything you need to showcase your home yourself is provided here.
Investment: $300. Ask for a Realtor discount.
Virtual Consultation: We are excited to embrace technology! With a just a short initial conversation and three pictures of each room in your home, we will asses and outline all of the necessary elements required to get your home ready for the market. You will be sent your Consultation Report and our signature Homeowner’s Report and a floorplan of your home that will be further discussed over a virtual meeting. Follow up calls/video calls are available to ensure your home is photoshoot ready.
Investment: $250
Staging & Showcase
The Inspire My Home team ensures the space is set up to take outstanding photographs that will increase leads on your home, getting it SOLD quickly and for top dollar.
Showcasing: Using your own furniture - We work with your existing furnishings to highlight your home’s best features.
Occupied Staging: We utilize your current furnishings and decor and also incorporate any essential items from our inventory that best suits the space and the style of your home.
Vacant Staging: We will walk through the home and take into account the style, neighbourhood and target buyer - including curb appeal! We then create a design plan of carefully chosen furniture and accessories to stage the home and showcase the home’s best features.
Organize & Declutter
We will help you organize any space in your house from a junk drawer to the garage. Most importantly, we will come up with an easy-to-use system to keep you and your family organized and clutter-free.
